HOW TO RETURN YOUR DELIVERY? (contract out)
According to the law, every costumer has the right to contract out concluded at a distance within 14 days of receiving the package.
The purchased goods with the filled and hand-signed form should be sent to the following address:

- We don’t accept parcels sent via cash on delivery or parcel lockers
- Every returned product should be properly packaged
- The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.
- Refunds of transaction costs are made by bank transfer to the account number indicated in the form within 14 days of receiving the refund
